Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring that client satisfaction remains a key differentiator for the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Timely Issue Resolution: Resolve all customer inquiries and issues assigned within the Salesforce platform while adhering to established service levels.
- Salesforce Account Management: Monitor, update, and close Salesforce Accounts, Files, and/or Case records.
- Proactive Communication: Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their requests.
- SLA Compliance: Deliver reports and information requests on time, meeting set service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Identify opportunities to collaborate with the sales team to contribute to revenue generation and growth.
- Account Retention: Maintain account retention targets by developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Customer Insights: Gather first-hand customer feedback and make recommendations for product improvements.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
