Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Executive to join our team.

This role will involve conducting market research, developing business strategies, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of business development principles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  3. Collate and maintain sales information in the CRM database.
  4. Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  5. Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  7. Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  8. Identify new business opportunities and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in business development, sales, marketing, or similar field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong business, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in research and updated in current business trends.
