Business Intelligence Specialist

This position involves leveraging data analysis and interpretation skills to drive business growth and decision-making. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of data quality, accuracy, and effective communication of insights.

The role requires strategic leadership and planning, team management and development, data analysis and reporting, collaboration and communication, and continuous improvement.

  • Data Analysis: Expertise in manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing data using Excel, SQL, and Power BI
  • Statistical Analysis: Strong foundation in statistical methods and modeling
  • Programming: Ability to write basic scripts for data analysis and automation using languages like Python and/or R

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Data Quality and Accuracy: Data Accuracy Rate measures the percentage of accurate data entries.
  • Data Utilization and Impact: Percentage of data-driven recommendations implemented measures adoption and impact of insights.
  • Reporting and Delivery: Time to generate reports and report production cycle time measures speed and total time to complete a report.
