Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for individuals experiencing challenging life events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in daily outbound calls to homeowners using a pre-qualified lead list.
  • Build rapport with sellers through empathetic and professional conversations to understand their situation.
  • Qualify leads by identifying interest, motivation, and property conditions.
  • Promote the benefits of selling and how our solutions can help them.
  • Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Maintain detailed records and consistently follow up to nurture leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales or cold calling is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Comfortable speaking with individuals going through sensitive life situations.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn commission through successful deals.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms is a plus.
