Job Description:

This role is pivotal in advancing the sales efforts of a leading financial services provider. The position entails representing the organization in its sales initiatives to promote its offerings to Registered Investment Advisors.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute territory sales plans, resulting in enhanced sales and retention of assets.
  • Represent the company knowledgeably and effectively to advisors.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and capitalize on referrals to increase sales in the territory.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional knowledge of financial services offerings and company policies and procedures, including advanced understanding of Registered Investment Advisory/Wealth Management Practice management initiatives.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • Demonstrated ability to interact, listen, influence, and partner with high-level decision-makers.
  • Leadership skills to foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, efficiency, and maximum utilization of staff skills.
  • Strong sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, up-selling, closing, follow-up, relationship building, and networking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, creating and maintaining critical contact relationships, and analyzing sales goals and activity reports.
