The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads through outbound calls, delivering persuasive pitches to drive sign-ups, and walking new users through a streamlined onboarding process.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to real estate agents and brokers in the U.S. and LATAM
  • Deliver persuasive, well-crafted pitches to drive sign-ups
  • Walk new users through a streamlined onboarding process
  • Track activity, qualify leads, and meet daily and weekly sales targets
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and grow your skills through ongoing coaching
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English (B2+ level or higher) with a strong, professional phone presence
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Ambitious and eager to develop a career in sales
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive with minimal supervision
  • Organized, results-driven, and able to manage your performance metrics
  • Comfortable being on the front lines of outbound outreach
