Job Summary

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by actively promoting and selling the company's products to customers in assigned territories. This role involves face-to-face client interaction, territory management, and developing strong relationships with contractors, architects, dealers, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by visiting potential and existing clients (dealers, contractors, architects, developers, and end-users).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product presentations, provide samples, and assist clients in selecting the right products for their projects.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policies.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to provide insights to management.
  • Coordinate with the Branch Manager and other internal teams (logistics, customer service, marketing) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Submit regular sales reports, activity updates, and territory performance data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in field sales, retail, or construction-related products is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-driven, persuasive, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel frequently within assigned territory.
  • With a valid driver's license and preferably owns a motorcycle/vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
