We are seeking an IT Service Desk professional to play a key role in our cybersecurity operations.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for IT service management and cybersecurity to join our team as an IT Service Desk Specialist.

  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can provide responsive and professional first and second-level support for IT incidents and requests.
  • Maintenance of systems including Spanning, Datto Endpoint Backup, Windows & Mac OS environments is also required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and timely support for IT incidents and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all IT activities.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to third-level support or external vendors when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT service desk or technical support roles.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity operations through labs, projects, or professional experience.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
