Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig for a Service Desk Team Lead. The Service Desk Team Lead will oversee daily service desk operations, provide technical support, supervise help desk staff, and ensure customer service excellence. Responsibilities include managing service desk tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining service level agreements.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Service Desk skills
- Help Desk Support and Customer Service expertise
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
- Ability to work on-site in Taguig
- Relevant certifications or training in IT support are a plus
- Experience in IT service management is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
