Senior Affiliate Growth Specialist

We're looking for an expert in affiliate growth to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- KOL and Affiliate Management
- Promote affiliate partnerships and expand our network
- Negotiate contracts, onboard new affiliates, and maintain paperwork
- BUILD long-term relationships with affiliates through effective communication
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and optimize performance
- Develop campaigns to maximize ROI
- Create reports using internal data to track and optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging KOLs
- Strategize SEO and backlinks to boost online presence
- Collaborate with external vendors to secure high-quality backlinks
- Minimum 3 years of experience with verifiable results (media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers)
- Proven ability to build and manage successful affiliate/influencer partnerships
- Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Fluent English—both written and spoken
- Spanish as a second language is a plus, but not mandatory
- Crypto, fintech, CFD, or trading experience highly preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
- Flexible working hours to coordinate with global partners
