Lead Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • We need someone to launch, manage and optimize high-performing campaigns for affiliate marketing focusing on customer acquisition and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • The ideal candidate should develop commission structures to balance partner incentives and profitability goals.
  • Analyze partner performance using Partnerize reporting and internal analytics tools.
  • Ensure product feed listability for affiliate networks and guarantee accurate data and inventory.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to optimize content for performance and seasonal promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid media, social commerce, and e-commerce ad tech.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or business.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in e-commerce or DTC environments.
  • Deep expertise in affiliate networks and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting tools.
  • Proven success managing campaigns to CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate goals.
