Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing professional quotes for various companies, maintaining administrative workflows, and providing light secretary support.
The Construction Administrative Assistant will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and team members to gather accurate cost estimates. They will create and manage quotes for construction projects based on client requirements and maintain records of quotes and track status updates using Monday.com.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in the UK construction industry or in a similar quoting/admin role, and proficiency with QuickBooks and Monday.com. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage quotes for construction projects based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to gather accurate cost estimates.
- Maintain records of quotes and track status updates using Monday.com.
- Perform general administrative and secretarial duties (email management, scheduling, data entry, etc.).
- Assist in generating financial documents and simple reporting via QuickBooks.
- Proven experience in the UK construction industry or in a similar quoting/admin role.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Monday.com is a must.
- Strong understanding of how quotes work in construction (materials, labour, overhead, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
- Work full-time from 10 AM - 5 PM GMT.
- Work from home.
- Salary: USD 700 monthly.
