Project Director Construction Operations

As a key member of our construction operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success and growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing and coordinating construction activities across various projects nationwide, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and timelines while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction operations and management. You will lead high-performing teams, develop and implement strategies for project delivery, and establish best practices for construction processes and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction activities and ensure timely project completion
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks
  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure alignment with approved plans
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and procurement strategies
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for construction processes and quality assurance
  • Lead the performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred)
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
