Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our Endocrinology practice.

  • Verify insurance coverage for medications, diagnostic tests, and procedures.
  • Schedule patient appointments in coordination with the Endocrinology team.
  • Manage patient calls while maintaining professionalism.
  • Communicate clearly with patients regarding authorizations, scheduling, and preparation requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance processes and workflows.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance verification, prior authorizations, and/or medical scheduling.
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and patient-first attitude.
