Real Estate Data Analyst

About the Role

As a Product Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing product features and operations to identify key metrics that prove existing product performance and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and measure key metrics to prove product performance and customer success.
  • Perform regular ad-hoc analyses through requests from business and product stakeholders.
  • Work directly with the Product Team to analyze and communicate the future growth of opportunities for HomeLight.
  • Build business cases, operating, and financial models while working with product managers, sales, marketing, and finance for new products and businesses.
  • Ensure stakeholders are aligned for operational status surrounding product and business lines.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and aid decision-making that sets the strategy and vision for HomeLight products.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of work experience in consulting or product operations.
  • Bachelor's degree from a strong university, preferably in an analytical field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL.
  • Ability to learn and pick-up other data analytics tools.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong team player.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently.
