Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive research of real estate databases, analyze relevant data, engage with industry experts, and compile detailed reports outlining findings.
  • Analyze property investments, including acquisitions and developments, to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Create sophisticated financial models to assess property performance and returns, taking into account market trends and comparable sales/rentals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals to inform investment strategies.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations for leadership and clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Support due diligence efforts by reviewing leases and financial documents, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Real Estate Analyst role or similar position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; advanced financial modeling experience highly valued.
  • Proven analytical skills, with ability to think critically and independently.
  • Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and effective internet search skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
