Our client seeks a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support their CEO.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents using advanced writing skills.
- Utilize Canva to create visually appealing presentations, reports, social media graphics, and internal/external communication materials.
- Assist in creating compelling visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, organize data, and assist with basic financial tracking or expense reporting.
- Provide administrative support on various projects, including deadline tracking, resource organization, and team member communication facilitation.
- Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items for key meetings.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Support general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
- Conduct business research and analysis, and write comprehensive reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage spreadsheets and contribute to basic project management tasks.
- Ability to conduct business research and analysis, and write reports.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in Canva is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI and willingness to learn more.
