Business Development Opportunity
A highly detail-oriented and organized Lead Generation Specialist is sought after to manage cold outreach efforts, drive new business opportunities, and improve engagement rates. This role involves conducting research, managing email campaigns, tracking responses, and optimizing outreach strategies to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar).
- Track and analyze outreach efforts using spreadsheets and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement a proactive approach to managing tasks, deadlines, and communication channels.
- Collaborate effectively with the Creative Director to generate high-quality leads and maintain accurate data entry.
- Adaptability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and confidently manage client emails, organize inboxes with labeled folders, and ensure timely and professional communications.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented mindset for accuracy in data entry and email tracking.
- Ability to analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to refine processes for efficiency.
- Expertise in creating reports to present outreach and conversion metrics.
- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or business development is a plus.
Working Environment
- This is a full-time permanent position, working 45 hours a week.
- The role is fully remote, requiring candidates to have a reliable internet connection and suitable setup for on-camera meetings.
