Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support the Head of People in maintaining accurate employee records, drafting contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other systems.
- Draft and issue contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
- Track probation, visa, and contract renewal dates with timely reminders.
Additional Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, and manage ATS updates.
- Prepare onboarding packs and ensure a smooth Day 1 experience for new hires.
- Support coordination of assessments, references, and right-to-work checks.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records.
- Meet deadlines for document issuance and tracking.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
