People Operations Coordinator Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and employee experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Work with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at TaskUs.
Employee Experience
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considering how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests and maintaining personnel records.
HR Administration
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling, and performance reviews in Lattice.
  • Manage employee data in Rippling our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
Employee Relations
  • Zendesk triage, ensuring a 24 hour response time across tickets.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
