Job Title: Warehouse Operations Coordinator

 

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations. This position involves coordinating with various teams to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders, as well as managing order tracking, coordination, and refunds.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to process orders efficiently and resolve any concerns
  • Monitor order status and coordinate with suppliers to prevent duplicate orders
  • Process refunds for customer returns and communicate with the Customer Service team regarding product issues
  • Liaise with key departments to escalate unfulfillable orders and notify customers
  • Filing cases with Amazon for reimbursement of lost or damaged items
  • Maintain accurate records and data analysis using MS Excel
  • Provide support on projects such as pre-processing, purchasing shipping of items, and changing package sizes

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Good at data entry and analysis using MS Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Detailed-oriented and highly organized
