
Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex financial data and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly sales summaries for all restaurants, ghost kitchens, and third-party apps.
- Reconcile subsidiary accounts and maintain historical records by filing documents.
- Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Previous bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Establishing and implementing financial standards and procedures.
- Managing complex data and multi-faceted financial transactions.
- Preparing and presenting accurate financial reports and research findings.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
