Responsibilities include:

• Performing daily cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse.
• Managing and organizing products in the stockroom following FIFO or FEFO standards to maintain an efficient warehouse.
• Monitoring proper warehouse ventilation and maintaining required temperature and humidity levels.
• Implementing security guidelines in the stock room and store area.
• Securing the key to the stock room and restricting unauthorized access.
• Ensuring proper storage and stacking of products.
• Ensuring the security and safety of the warehouse.
• Checking and receiving deliveries, verifying products against the Stock Transfer Report (STR), inspecting for damage, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Performing efficient daily cycle counts and wall-to-wall inventory counts as required.
• Preparing the warehouse for incoming deliveries, analyzing inventory levels, and managing stock requests based on sales demand and confirmed orders.
• Managing and organizing products in the supermarket according to the planogram, including promotional displays.
• Assisting in the preparation, packaging, and delivery of outgoing orders.
• Monitoring the aging of unfulfilled or unserved invoice orders.
• Supporting the branch in performing Repeat Purchase Order (RPO) Heart-to-Heart calls after completing critical warehouse and inventory tasks.
• Performing other branch operations tasks and relieving functions as needed.
