Global mobility and immigration specialists play a vital role in ensuring seamless employee transitions.

Job Description

This position requires coordination and management of global employee mobility processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and international regulations.

  • Coordinate and manage global employee mobility processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and international regulations.

  • Research and stay current on visa, immigration, and relocation requirements across various jurisdictions.

  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and passport/visa processing.

  • Ensure timely completion of all medical, visa, and immigration documentation.

  • Facilitate travel insurance enrollment and assist with claims processing.

  • Conduct briefings and training sessions for employees and managers on mobility policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, travel partners, immigration lawyers, and embassies to support seamless mobility operations.

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance mobility operations, such as automating repetitive tasks, analyzing mobility trends, and improving data-driven decision-making.

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in global mobility, HR operations, or a similar administrative role.

  • Strong understanding of international mobility processes, immigration regulations, and relocation logistics.

  • Ability to work with external legal counsel or immigration consultants.

  • Proficiency in SharePoint for document management and collaboration.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
