Overview:

This role combines creative optimization, strategy, and performance marketing to craft, test, and scale full-funnel systems that convert cold traffic into customers across Facebook/Instagram, Google, and TikTok Shop.

We seek a direct response expert capable of writing high-converting copy, building optimized funnels, and scaling paid traffic profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta (Facebook/IG), Google, and TikTok Shop.
  • Perform daily analysis of campaign performance to optimize creative, audiences, bidding, and spend.
  • Focus on return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Own and optimize full funnel architecture—landing pages, advertorials, checkout flows, upsells.
  • Lead A/B tests across pages, hooks, CTAs, and offers.
  • Turn performance data into actionable testing roadmaps.
  • Write or guide ads, headlines, lead-ins, advertorials, and VSL scripts that drive conversions.
  • Match copy angles to customer psychology and platform behavior.
  • Build new funnels from scratch for new products or verticals, coordinate landing page design and copy, and leverage proven DR frameworks for testing new offers.
  • Set KPIs, manage budgets, collaborate with founders, and build/lead a small performance team as we scale.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads with 2-5+ years of proven results.
  • Experience managing 6-7 figure budgets with measurable growth.
  • Deep copywriting and conversion rate optimization skills: able to write, test, and optimize ads, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Experience building landing pages, VSL funnels, and lead gen flows using tools like ClickFunnels, Webflow, HighLevel, Unbounce, etc.
  • Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution.
  • Self-starter attitude, high standards, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, ownership of outcomes, and metric tracking.
  • Availability to work in Pacific Time (PST) hours.
