Google Ads Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Google Ads professional to fill a key role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the Google Ads platform and its suite of tools, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in managing high-performing campaigns.

This role is for a true Google specialist – someone who lives and breathes Google Ads. As a Google Ads specialist, you will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-performing ad assets and optimize campaign performance in real-time. Your expertise should be solely focused on Google Ads and its suite of tools.

  • Campaign Strategist: Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns that drive consistent revenue growth
  • Data Analyst: Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance in real-time
  • Media Buying Specialist: Design and execute advanced bidding strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and drive consistent revenue growth

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts with consistent success in achieving high ROAS. They will also have advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Merchant Center, and related tools.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts with consistent success in achieving high ROAS

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • A strong understanding of Google's advertising products and their applications
  • Effective communication and project management skills
