We are looking for a Marketing Data Insights Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on producing clear, accurate, and insightful weekly and monthly client reports.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar reporting-focused role. They should be proficient in pulling performance data from various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for clients with a focus on accuracy and clarity
  • Gather and consolidate campaign data from various platforms
  • Present performance metrics in a clear, digestible format that enables clients to understand campaign results at a glance
  • Double-check all reports for accuracy and consistency before submission
  • Create and maintain standardized reporting templates for efficient and consistent reporting
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the reporting process for faster delivery without sacrificing quality
  • Work closely with account managers and internal stakeholders to align reporting timelines and expectations
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus
