Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs aligned with brand plans and business objectives.

  • Developing and executing multichannel digital marketing strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, and analytics to produce high-quality, data-driven content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Managing and optimizing the company's website, online store, and social media platforms to enhance user experience, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
  • Planning, controlling, and optimizing digital marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize return on investment.
  • Designing and executing A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and overall digital performance.

Providing regular campaign performance reports, analyzing results, and offering actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing strategy and execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, or social media marketing, preferably within the consumer, e-commerce, or retail industry.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM optimization, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented, goal-driven, and able to perform well in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
