Job Description:

Seeking a skilled Digital Marketing & AI Automation Specialist to drive our social media strategy, advertising campaigns, and internal system automations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in managing social media, content creation, and AI tools in the financial services sector.


  • Develop and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Design and distribute engaging email newsletters using Canva
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
  • Monitor industry trends and news to create timely, compliant content
  • Prepare all content for compliance approval workflows
  • Build and manage AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement
  • Leverage AI tools for content ideation, personalization, and scheduling
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms
  • Maintain and manage a robust marketing automation system and content calendar
  • Generate and present monthly performance reports, including analytics and insights

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, proficiency in social media platforms, Canva, and video editing tools, as well as demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management.

Familiarity with AI tools, ability to create and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows, understanding of FCA compliance, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
