We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Administration and People Operations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff members regarding schedules, time off, or pay inquiries.
    • Coordinate shift coverage during absences, sick leave, or call-offs.
    • Manage staff schedules, log PTO, track attendance, and ensure payroll data is submitted accurately.
    • Assist on-site staff with ordering office and medical supplies.
    • Elevate complex or sensitive HR issues to management for support.
  • Business and Sales Support:
    • Monitor key client renewal dates and prepare employer reports.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Support job postings and interview scheduling.
    • Respond to routine internal or patient-facing queries.
    • Document and maintain internal SOPs.
    • Be accessible via phone, email, or text during EST business hours.
    Requirements:
    • Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
    • Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare companies.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage team dynamics professionally.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software.
