Job Overview

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient payroll and HR services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer activities in a timely and accurate manner, including new hires, terminations, leave administration, reporting, vendor communication, calendar management, change control, inquiry resolution, year-end processing, tax filing, and reconciliation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements to ensure services meet contractual obligations and service level agreements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, internal partners, and vendors in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Deliver on established quality targets and continuously improve processes and tools to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of payroll experience preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Previous customer service experience working under deadlines required.
  • PC Certification (or obtained within 18 months of employment).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills using various media.
  • Proven knowledge of PC literacy and software usage, ideally Word, Excel, and the Internet.
