Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making across our organization by developing business intelligence solutions, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights.

  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop reports and dashboards for all areas of the business.
  • They will report on performance across key KPIs, share business performance regularly, and measure performance against our business strategy.
  • Our team member will maintain consistent groomed business logic and KPIs across reporting.
  • Develop product forecasts using Excel, SQL, R, and/or Tableau.
  • Identify potential areas of opportunity and investigate.
  • Collaborate with Analytics members on other data and business strategy projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience with SQL, business intelligence, and data warehousing required; forecasting experience preferred.
  • Experience in Ecommerce/CPG/Retail or consumer product industries a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to solve problems.
