About the role

ACTUATE BUILDERS, INC.' is seeking an exceptional Chief Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. As the Chief Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and operations of our rapidly growing construction company based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing all financial aspects of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other key financial reports

  • Lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to provide valuable insights to the executive team

  • Manage the company's banking relationships, cash flow, and investment portfolio

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and mitigate financial risks

  • Provide strategic advice and financial guidance to support the company's growth initiatives

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of at least 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the construction or a related industry

  • Preferably from Construction Industry or alike

  • Exceptional financial management and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights

  • Thorough understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes

  • Proven ability to navigate complex financial regulations and compliance requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is preferred
