Job Title: Client Integration Specialist

The Client Integration Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring seamless client integration into our systems, maintaining compliance with tax, bookkeeping, and licensing requirements.

  • Manage the client onboarding process, collecting and documenting all necessary information.
  • Build and maintain automations to streamline workflows.
  • Add new clients, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and compliance tasks are tracked efficiently.
  • Train staff on system features, updates, and best practices.
  • Prepare and file required documents.
  • Notify relevant teams of new clients and updates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to determine setup and communicate with departments.
  • Answer inquiries via email, phone, or portal.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls with clients to provide updates and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in workflow management, client onboarding, or administrative operations.
  • Familiarity with our systems is preferred (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Knowledge of corporate filing requirements is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support staff on software tools and workflows.
  • Tech-savvy and proactive in identifying process improvements.
