Job Description:
The Customer Acquisition Specialist will play a vital role in our sales team, responsible for generating new leads and acquiring customers through outbound calls. This position requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided contact lists and CRM tools
• Clearly communicate the value propositions of our services, engaging prospects with a persuasive approach
• Qualify leads based on established criteria by asking open-ended questions and gathering relevant client information
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions within the CRM system to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all leads are properly handled, providing them with detailed notes on client interactions
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for the number of calls made and appointments set

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales-driven environment
• Strong verbal communication, persuasive, and negotiation skills, with a clear and professional phone presence
• Familiarity with general sales techniques, including open-ended questioning, trial closing, and lead qualification strategies
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) to manage leads and track interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and general computer skills
• Ability to type at a minimum of 40-50 words per minute
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently, staying motivated and consistently meeting or exceeding set targets

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly preferred
• Familiarity with lead generation and appointment-setting strategies in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Benefits:
$650 - $750 per month + $50 allowance salary range, paid holiday leaves, sick leaves, planned leaves, and allowances for SSS and Pag-ibig contributions. This role is only available to candidates from the Philippines, Kosovo, and Argentina.
