Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and execute campaigns highlighting real estate projects, construction updates, and company achievements.
  • Track market and competitor trends, offering data-driven insights for differentiation.
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports, including social media analytics, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Design marketing materials (flyers, videos, newsletters, brochures, and presentations) ensuring consistent branding across channels.
  • Collaborate with acquisitions, sales, and construction teams to design targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads.
