Job Overview

The Production Operator role is responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of all assigned generating units and auxiliary equipment.

Key responsibilities include operating and monitoring mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards.

Production Operators are expected to perform start-up and shutdown activities efficiently and accurately, while also conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent asset downtime.

In addition, they will assist the maintenance team in commissioning and testing new equipment, and maintain condensate pH levels within allowable limits through chemical injection.

Excellent communication skills are required to coordinate with supervisors, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless plant operations.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer with relevant experience in Geothermal, Thermal, or Energy Industry Plant Operation and Maintenance.
  • Preferably completed the APRI Cadetship Program.
  • One vacant position available in Calauan, Laguna.
