JOB DESCRIPTION

· Oversee and manage all plant operations, including production, packaging, maintenance, and sanitation.

· Ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities are maintained in top operational condition

· Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands

· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, operators, and support staff to ensure high performance and motivation

· Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

· Ensure that all production activities comply with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)

· Maintain high product quality standards by monitoring production processes and working closely with the quality assurance team.

· Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.

· Manage the plant's operational budget, controlling expenses to meet financial targets.

· Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety procedures and practices

· Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Food science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)

  • With 5 years of experience in a Food manufacturing environment, with at least 4 years in a management role

  • Strong Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control systems

  • Excellent in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
