Plant Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plant Equipment Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical facilities in the hotel.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, preferably with experience in operating and maintaining HVAC and electrical systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the operation of mechanical equipment, conducting routine checks, and performing maintenance tasks as needed. You will also be required to ensure that all firefighting and safety equipment is ready for use at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the operation of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical facilities in the hotel
  • Conduct routine checks on mechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Perform maintenance tasks as needed to prevent breakdowns
  • Ensure that all firefighting and safety equipment is ready for use at all times
Requirements
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Licensed Electrical Engineer, preferably with experience in hotel operations
  • At least 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining HVAC and electrical systems
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
