About the Role

The Plant Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of plant facilities, overseeing maintenance services, and coordinating technical aspects of work. This includes ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of plant facilities, including maintenance services and equipment performance.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Supervise and conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster a culture of safety, adhering to regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
  • Licensure as a Professional Engineer.
  • Background and experience in photovoltaic-solar farm operations and maintenance, or related field.
  • Familiarity with EPC contracts and construction management of large infrastructure or power plants.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
