Customer Service Representative Role

As a Customer Service French Multilingual Associate, you will be the face of our company, responding to customers through various channels while creating memorable service interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers through email, chat, phone, text, and social channels.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Build a strong understanding of your assigned brand's products, procedures, and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of contact center experience (within the last 2 years).
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English.
  • Language proficiency: B2.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Good computer skills and basic knowledge of software applications.
  • Availability for training and regular shifts.
