Customer Service Representative Role

As a Customer Service French Multilingual Associate, you will be the face of our company, responding to customers through various channels while creating memorable service interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers through email, chat, phone, text, and social channels.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Build a strong understanding of your assigned brand's products, procedures, and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1+ year of contact center experience (within the last 2 years).
- Ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English.
- Language proficiency: B2.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work remotely.
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of software applications.
- Availability for training and regular shifts.
