Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels to provide timely assistance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Stay informed about product and service specifications to answer customer questions accurately.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and speed.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the customer experience and improve engagement.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure seamless support delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer support.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Intercom.
  • Ability to navigate community management tools like Telegram and Discord.
  • Customer orientation and adaptability to respond to diverse customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
