Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience and proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.

The successful applicant will be responsible for producing high-quality design documentation, working drawings, and providing technical drafting support across various residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
  • Update and revise working drawings, Sketchup drawings as needed.
  • Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
  • Regular site visits to ensure projects construction and completion are according to specs/details in working drawings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks
  • Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Time management and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction standards
  • Associate degree or certification in drafting or related field
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
