About the Role

We are hiring a Mechanical & Electrical Draftsman to support an Australian-based project. You will be working onsite from our Quezon City office as part of the Fig Advisory team, delivering drafting and documentation services for commercial and residential mechanical projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed mechanical and electrical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Convert engineering notes and redlines into accurate plans for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical layouts
  • Ensure documentation aligns with design specifications and technical requirements
  • Manage revisions and maintain version control on all drawings
  • Support project and estimation teams with technical drafting and tender preparation
  • Collaborate with engineers and site teams for feedback and updates

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP or building services drafting
  • Proficient in Simpro, AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Australian NCC, BCA, or AS/NZS standards is a plus (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Experience with commercial or residential projects, ideally across APAC or international clients
  • Experience in creating Life Cycle Reports
  • Experience in creating Dilapidation and Condition reports
