The role of Draftsman plays a vital part in supporting the development team by producing high-quality design documentation and working drawings for various residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • To create accurate architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
  • Develop detail drawings using Sketchup software.
  • Update and revise working drawings, Sketchup drawings as needed.
  • To ensure product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to Pampanga workshop to guarantee projects construction and completion are in accordance with specifications/details in working drawings.
  • Visit existing and potential clients for data gathering, documentation, product inspection, taking measurements, etc.
  • Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials according to working drawings and costing estimates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.
  • Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Time management and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
  • Associate degree or certification in drafting or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
