This is a key opportunity to take on a leadership role in property management, overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business plans that meet the needs of customers, driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Inspect and arrange maintenance to ensure that properties are maintained to a high standard, meeting regulatory requirements and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Oversee the personnel managing properties, assessing their performance and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Accomplish financial goals by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends.
  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with job and market knowledge, identifying new trends and best practices to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in a property-related discipline, accounting, compliance, or law.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in property management, including at least 3 years of P&L experience.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and remain task-focused.
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills, with mature interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to build and maintain relationships.
