Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Employee Relations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of standard HR practices and disciplinary actions, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR practices and processes
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and performance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with employees and management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 6 months of experience in Employee Relations and Labor Laws
  • Strong understanding of standard Human Resources practices & disciplinary actions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
