About this role:

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Solutions Expert. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to identify areas for improvement and design innovative solutions to address their challenges.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals that demonstrate the value of our products and services.
  • Provide technical guidance to sales and customer success teams to support them in achieving their goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a similar technical customer-facing role.
  • A strong understanding of our product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
