We aim to help organizations define a roadmap to achieve their strategic goals through expert solution assessment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing solution assessments, using best-in-class Microsoft platforms such as QS Solutions Cyber Security Assessment Tool (CSAT) and Lab3 Dr Migrate.

This role involves executing end-to-end solution assessments, providing exceptional customer engagement, and serving as a subject matter expert on first- and third-party discovery tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execution of Solution Assessments: Manage and execute activities required to perform an assessment.
  2. Customer Engagement: Act as a point of contact for the customer during solution deployment.
  3. Subject Matter Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of first- and third-party discovery tools.
  4. Educating Customers: Educate customers on assessment tools and provide comprehensive guidance.
  5. Troubleshooting Deployment: Identify and resolve issues related to deployment for customers.
  6. Copilot Workshops: Conduct Copilot workshops and other assessment portfolios relevant to Microsoft AI Business Solutions.

Our Assessment Process
  1. Presales, Kickoff, and Scoping: Understand customer business objectives and technical requirements, articulating relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a Solution Assessment.
  2. Discovery: Determine the optimal platform to achieve stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery.
  3. Analysis: Complete analysis of collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report.
  4. Assessment Review: Collaborate with Microsoft Solution Specialists, Account Team, and/or Microsoft Partners before presenting to customers.
  5. Presentation: Present key insights and actionable recommendations in a concise and engaging manner to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Cross-Team Coordination: Ensure seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions with relevant Microsoft or Partner teams.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • At least 3 years of experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with assessment discovery platforms, including deploying, troubleshooting, and leveraging stated platforms.
  • Experience in conducting CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer Cloud migration reasons and goals.
