Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing expert to lead our Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives. As a senior marketing cloud consultant, you will be instrumental in driving customer engagement and business success by translating complex marketing and business requirements into scalable and effective Marketing Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough business analysis, review existing processes, systems, and documentation.
  • Identify various use cases and develop test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies.
  • Map requirements to capabilities, leveraging standard features to maximize their potential.
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
  • Configure and customize systems in line with solution design and best practices.
  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Perform data gathering, define, and document business requirements.
  • Provide input to project estimates and participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required.
  • Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Tenacious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
